3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on www crickex:
Deposit
- Minimum Deposit Amount ৳200।
- Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- The correct TrxID must be submitted in the form at the time of deposit.
- For any failed or pending deposits, please contact support with your TrxID.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
- The withdrawal number must match the number registered on the account.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed without KYC verification.
- In cases of suspicious activity, www crickex reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.
4 Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting on www crickex:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Placing bets by exploiting any technical glitch in the www crickex system or website is strictly prohibited.
- Www crickex is not liable for any bets placed based on incorrect information regarding odds or outcomes.
- Any bet found to be connected with match-fixing or other unethical activity will be declared void.
- Odds may change during live betting due to network delays — www crickex is not responsible for this.
- Bets placed from a single account on any one match may not exceed a specified limit.
Www crickex reserves the right to reject or void any bet if there is evidence of a rule violation.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Www crickex offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. These offers are subject to the following general terms:
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering (rollover) requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus applies to new users on their first deposit only.

6 Prohibited Activities

- Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Hacking the system, or using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using the www crickex brand, logo, or content without authorisation.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Www crickex reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- In cases of suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
- Due to prolonged inactivity.
